• Step 2 - Our Response

We respond to all e - queries within 48 hours. Depending upon the nature of the query, the response includes the treatment Plan, advice on the Medical Procedures to be undergone here at KVFand the Quote for the same. If our doctors feel that he or she needs to have more information then we starts corresponding via mail till our doctors determine the treatment Protocol for the patient. Once the treatment Protocol is determined, we will furnish you with the Treatment Plan as well as the Travel Plan.
• Step 3 - Travel Arrangements

We formulate our travel plans in such a fashion that it ensures his/her shortest possible stay at Rajapalaym.Once the date of commencement of treatment is finalized; we plan his or her travel and start from providing Visa Assistance till ticketing and accommodation facilities.
We provide detailed information on Visa and Passport formalities and we will help you in fulfilling the necessary formalities.

Scheduling of Appointments
Once you confirm your arrival via mail well in advance, your appointments are fixed accordingly before you reach us so that you need not wait for the appointments.

Language
We can arrange for Interpreters or translators on demand for those patients who find it difficult to communicate in English.

Multiple Payment Options
The Hospital accepts payments through Credit Cards(Master or Visa), Wire Transfer and at the time of discharge the Final Bill reflects the Conversion Rates of Foreign Currencies to INR as on the date of Conversion.
